From running my business Northwest Solutions part-time for years while working for the NHS alongside, I'm about to launch into full-time freelance work for organisations. This is some of what's on offer - all using the solution focused approach:

Supervision skills - the 4S model of embedding supervision into an organisation, or a stand-alone 2-day course for professionals on being a supervisor the solution focused way.
Team working and team building - solution focused of course, with the option of using the evidence-based diagnostic tool known as the Aston Team Performance Inventory first.
Solution focused communication skills - courses for all kinds of caring professionals, already being successfully used in a variety of Trusts and other organisations.
Conflict resolution - using the practical and positive PARTNER approach.

Thanks Carole - there's quite a bit of interest in the training so fingers crossed we'll get some converts! Hope you're well,

Hi Carole
Enjoyed your article on Teaching in "SF News"...my life for over three decades. I wish I had had an SF vision then..some of that was instinctive when I reflect and good practice. I've booked for the Conference..challenging for me. I hope to find you there..somewhere! Anne

Hi Carole ..we've never met but i've enjoyed your contributions on the list and we have exchanged a couple of texts. As you may have picked up I completed the Brief certificate training in London and it was great!! I'm also working out how best to "use" this site. Hope to complete my essay this week and hope your week goes well! Anne
