I have recently been invited to join a steering group and take part in an
online experiment in collaboration. The theme will cover:
What tools and principles do we need to help change to unfold? Social and technological development as means for better organizations, and a better world.
This online workshop will be a great learning opportunity in organisation development and change management from a collaboration viewpoint.
My hopes are that I can bring back ideas and newly acquired knowledge on hosting large scale community of interests and purpose and developing web based collaborative facilities.
I feel that to develop the UKASFP we will need to adapt to newer more collaborative way of working and inviting a wide range of people into the association. If we begin to host open projects focusing on a range of topics such as community development, organisation development and personal development we may increase interest in membership.
