Lessons from social enterprise?

I was very lucky to be invited to the Voice 09 Social enterprise conference and trade fair on 10th February. The conference gave the opportunity to network with some very inspirational and successful social enterprises.

I manned a UKASFP stall and met quite a number of people who could relate to the principles of solution focused thinking, quite a number who has already had solution focused training. I feel we have much to learn from social enterprises and would appreciate any thoughts on this.
